Starting a pilot creates a real account in the actual Revstar platform -- no card required. Your 14-day full-access trial clock starts once your call routing is actually set up and working, not automatically at signup. From there you can convert to Connect or Portal, or walk away.
Connect is for businesses that already run a CRM -- ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro. Revstar answers calls and delivers clean, structured leads straight into it; your existing system stays the system of record. Portal is the opposite: Revstar itself becomes your full operating system -- dispatch, jobs, estimates, invoices, and payments -- so you don't need a separate CRM at all.
Correct -- $0 setup fee on both Connect and Portal. You pay the listed monthly (or discounted annual) price and nothing else to get started.
Credits meter AI-handled call time (10 credits = 1 minute). Connect includes 6,000 credits (600 AI-minutes) per month; Portal includes 12,000 (1,200 AI-minutes). Only connected, AI-handled call time counts -- ringing, unanswered, and post-transfer human time are never charged.
